This East Coast India Pale Ale is the home fixture of a two-part collaboration with our friends at Siren Craft Brew, brewing two different IPAs using the same hops Azacca, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe in Cryo, T90 and Whole-Leaf. We wanted to explore different expressions of the same recipe, an East Coast brewed at our site and a West Coast brewed at Sirens brewery. Both are designed to be drunk side by side, to compare and enjoy in unity. |
