Bouncin' is a play on our house Pilsner - Crowded, using Kveik yeast it is fermented slightly warmer than usual, promoting delicate, zingy fruit aromatics. Alongside crisp, bready malt flavours and a sparkling carbonation, beautiful additions of Hallertau Blanc and Styrian Goldings hops compliment the yeast with light lemon notes, grape, elderflower and gooseberry. |
