A collaboration with our friends at Rivington Brew Co. Rivington are coming up on the scene thick, fast and fruity with their hop forward beers! Their DIPAs are really great and so are their IPAs but their hoppy Pale Ales are what really blow us away! So here we are with DDH Pale Ale jam packed with juicy flavour!

A fine crush of Extra Pale Malt, wheat, flaked oats and dextrin brings a silky soft body with a sherbet-dry finish. We added a big dose of CRYO Idaho 7 and CRYO Talus in the whirlpool with a top up of the same during fermentation, backed up with Motueka and CRYO POP makes for lusciously bright and tropical pale ale. Up front mandarin orange, aromatic lime and creamy coconut woven with zippy zesty lemon, blood orange and passion fruit!
